When users stake their CFX with Nucleon, they receive xCFX tokens on a 1:1 basis. These xCFX balances are updated daily to reflect staking rewards and can be used to earn yields and lending rewards, providing liquidity without asset lock-ups. NUT is Nucleon's governance token. Holders of NUT can stake these tokens to participate in decision-making processes for the project through voting. Staking NUT can also boost staking interest rewards.
