Soneium Bridged ASTR refers to the ASTR token, native to Astar Network, when it is used within the Soneium ecosystem. Soneium is a public blockchain developed by Sony Block Solutions Labs, built on the Optimism OP Stack as an Ethereum Layer-2 solution. Astar Network, a multi-chain dApp hub, has integrated with Soneium, extending its reach into the Ethereum Layer-2 space. ASTR acts as a core asset within Soneium, especially since Soneium currently does not have its own native token.

ASTR tokens can be acquired through various methods. They are traded on various decentralized exchanges (DEXs) within the Soneium ecosystem. Users can also purchase ASTR via Web3 wallets or supported centralized exchanges. Additionally, certain bridging services facilitate buying ASTR on Soneium Mainnet using crypto (like ETH, USDC) or fiat options. Some platforms also allow users to earn ASTR through airdrops or rewards programs.
