To further optimize product features and enhance user experience, LBank has officially launched the Android Public Beta Testing Event.
Android users can download the beta APK through the event page, experience the new features, and submit feedback. Feedback that is reviewed and recognized as valid will be eligible for corresponding rewards.
Event Details
This event is currently available to Android users only. Only the Android APK is provided on this page, and iOS users are not eligible to participate in this beta test at this time.
By participating in this event, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable event rules and related instructions.
How to Participate

Wait for the review and reward distribution.
📌When submitting feedback, users are required to provide the relevant information as prompted on the page, including UID, device model, Android system version, current app version, feedback category, a detailed description of the issue or suggestion, to facilitate the review process.
Rewards
Feedback that is reviewed and confirmed as valid will be eligible for a mystery box reward worth $10~100, which may include random tokens and various types of vouchers.
Rewards will be distributed after the review is completed. The specific distribution schedule will be subject to official announcements.
Valid feedback generally includes, but is not limited to:

A truthful, complete, and clear description of the issue

Reproducible steps for reference

Specific and actionable suggestions for improvement
Feedback submitted with supporting materials such as screenshots or screen recordings may help improve the review efficiency.
Tips & Notes
Each user may submit feedback multiple times. However, duplicate content will generally only be counted based on the first valid submission.
Only feedback that is authentic, complete, compliant with the requirements, and approved through review will be eligible for rewards.
If any malicious reward farming, false submissions, repetitive spam, or other violations are identified, LBank reserves the right to disqualify the relevant user from the event and cancel any related reward eligibility.
If you encounter installation issues, please first confirm that your device is running the Android system and that APK installation permission has been enabled. If the issue persists, please contact official customer service for assistance.
